Markham InterContinental Ltd will be made up of the following businesses:
Specialising in Property investment (office, residential, retail, hotels, indoor arenas), real estate development funds and acquisitions of companies of strategic importance. Also planned for the future Infrastructure funds to invest in sustainable transportation.
Specialising in mixed use and resort developments to include: Luxury hotels, casinos, indoor arenas (new concept the dining arena), smaller dining theatres, luxury retail, residential, office space, restaurants, recording studios, music schools, conference and exhibition space, golf courses, polo clubs and equestrian facilities, Television / video production facilities.
Markham InterContinental Ltd once developments are completed will operate developments/resorts and promote events.
Facilities will be permanently installed in all venues to record live music concerts for a streaming site and each two hour concert will be available as a video on demand. Music TV channels may also be set up. Other TV channels will be set up to include Fashion, Comedy, Sport (Golf, equestrian), international cookery etc.
The new artists channel will be filmed in front of a none paying audience and record company A&R representatives.
Those passing the audition will be shown on the new artist channel and the streaming site.
The public will be able to vote for artists to say that they would like to see them live in concert.
Once enough votes have been received for an artist tours will be arranged at appropriate locations and size venues.
All votes will be entered into a daily draw for two or more tickets for a hotel stay and concert tickets for a new artist of their choice at one of our resorts.
